* Have you got a place to sell? Talk to New Home 4U, which is an Award Winning Estate Agent for Exceptional Sales for the past 2 years that puts us in the TOP 3% of Estate Agents in the UK, backed by ( ... ) and The Property Academy *

Do you like the photos? Then maybe you would like to view this home? One of the best things about New Home 4U is, we OPEN 7 DAYS a WEEK and are physically in the office just so that you can view, like no other estate agent in Flintshire.

Equidistant between Buckley and Mold, Mynydd Isa is a thriving and very popular friendly community in its own right, with a variety of shops, excellent schools and other necessary facilities but most of all, it retains its own identity with the feel of a genuine village.

We sold this home a couple of years ago for a previous owner and I have to say, I was enormously impressed by the alterations made in the meantime, changing it from something fairly standard into a very impressive and individual home, while losing none of its innate practicality. I can see that a lot of money has been spent on this home to make it really something very special now.

To the front of the home the large garden has been covered over with flagstones, providing a big off road parking area which leads up to the door of the semi integrated garage standing proud of the front elevation. The front door is found around the side of the garage and opens into an outer hallway where the downstairs cloakroom lies to our immediate left. This contains, as expected, a wall mounted hand basin and lavatory and also provides somewhere to hang outdoor coats out of the way.

At the other end of the short hall a door opens into the large and comfortable lounge, with its front facing window keeping everything bright and cheerful. The room is given a fresh and modern look by the very attractive light grey laminate flooring which is, as all know, the easiest of all floor coverings to keep clean.

At the rear of the room another door leads us through into the kitchen/dining room and this is where my memories of the house in its previous incarnation caused me to do an almost Disney style double take, such was the change.

Gone was the small and gloomy kitchen with the rickety conservatory outside to be replaced by a vast open-plan space with the modern, stylish fitted kitchen units lining one complete wall. The remainder of the space gives you complete freedom to choose how you allocate usage but what remains clear, is that however extravagant your tastes in furniture you will never be short of room for formal dining tables and contrasting easy chairs and settees.

I know all this sounds a little unusual but is quite logical when you think about it. After all, all the best parties occur in the kitchen and when the family are home, it tends to be where everyone naturally congregates, so some real comfort is in order.

In the rear wall is a large set of French doors opening onto the raised patio that stretches across the rear of the home and around one side to where a wooden gate allows access back to the front parking area.

The remainder of the enclosed garden features various raised beds formed from railway sleepers, with a lawn to the centre. In turn the lawn is bisected by a paved pathway towards the far fence where there are two substantial wooden sheds, enough to satisfy the keenest gardener. To one side of the lawn is another paved area, ideal for an outdoor dining suite, catering for the many BBQs that such a family oriented home is sure to encourage.

Returning indoors, at the far end of the kitchen is a door through into the inner hallway where the turned staircase rises. Beyond the stairs a further door gives access to the rear of the integrated garage which, it should be mentioned, could easily be transformed into further living space if your family needs alter through time.

Climbing the stairs to the square landing and turning towards the rear of the home we come to the bathroom. This is of an excellent size and provides the freedom to move around or even, being a family home, able to accommodate occasional multiple occupancy because no one likes to queue in a morning Freshly refurbished and tiled throughout to half height, the suite comprises a pedestal hand basin, lavatory and traditional bath with a hand-held shower attachment connected to the mixer taps. In the opposite corner sits a glass shower cubicle containing an electric shower unit.

Adjacent to here and enjoying a view over the gardens is the first of the bedrooms. This is an excellent sized double room easily finding space for twin bedside cabinets along with the bed and made all the more spacious by the fitted wardrobes freeing up room otherwise occupied by free standing furniture.

Moving towards the front of the home, the second bedroom is slightly smaller in area but thanks to a similar fitted wardrobe can still justify the title of double room. This helps to complete that rarest of accomplishments; three doubles which really are important for the flexibility needed in a proper family home.

Finally we come to the principal bedroom, also overlooking the front of the home. As it should be, this is by far the largest of the three rooms being of quite splendid proportions and equipped with, as we have now come to expect, another, this time even bigger, fitted wardrobe. On this occasion there is more than enough space for free standing furniture but the fact it is not necessary makes for additional comfort because after all, space is the one luxury that can neither be faked, nor conjured up by clever design.

The last time we sold this house I was very aware of its potential for further improvement but to see it realized on this scale is very satisfying. What has been born out of the current owners imagination, hard work and cash is a real tribute to them and will provide some lucky family with all the space, flexibility and style they need, in what I am sure will be a very happy home. The desirability of the location was never in doubt, with shops, schools and sports facilities virtually on the doorstep and here, we now have a home that matches up to it.

Now, unlike the other estate agents, we actually OPEN 7 DAYS a WEEK and are physically in the office, so that you can view this home when you want but please respect the owners wishes, as they would yours and call us as we accompany every viewing [use Contact Agent Button]

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
