'Joes' Ice cream is on the corner opposite the property, which is one of Wales' favourite ice cream parlours, a family owned establishment which has been following the same top secret ice cream recipe for over a century- A must try!
Roath Park is a short walk away, one of Cardiff's many beautiful parks which has lots to offer, with a boating lake and its amazing natural wildlife.
The property is only a few minutes walk from the famous waterloo gardens teahouse which is listed regularly in national media 'Top 10' cafes and recognised Europe wide.
Transport
This property offers fantastic location for Cardiff MET Students travelling to the Cyncoed Campus.
With the bus stop on Albany Road and Penylan Road it is nearly on your doorstep, which has a bus every 15 minutes.
