'Joes' Ice cream is on the corner opposite the property, which is one of Wales' favourite ice cream parlours, a family owned establishment which has been following the same top secret ice cream recipe for over a century- A must try!

Roath Park is a short walk away, one of Cardiff's many beautiful parks which has lots to offer, with a boating lake and its amazing natural wildlife.

The property is only a few minutes walk from the famous waterloo gardens teahouse which is listed regularly in national media 'Top 10' cafes and recognised Europe wide.
