Foundry Courtyard is a new student apartment and will be put into operation in September 2017. The apartments provide two kinds of rooms: En-Suite (independent bathroom, shared kitchen) and Studio (independent bathroom, independent kitchen). Each suite has a kitchenware, fridge, oven, microwave oven and other basic kitchenware facilities. In addition, the apartment also has a public rest area, fitness room, small projection hall and other facilities, for students to relax and entertain.

Choose from en suites in shared apartments and en suite studios. Self-contained studio living starts here! With 25 sq meters of space, make the most of your own private en suite with a breakfast bar and kitchenette, small double bed, storage, extra wardrobe and space to study. These bronze studios are in a fantastic location in the heart of the courtyard.

Make friends in our social areas including a dual-screen gaming area, cinema room, private courtyard and gym. We even have our own sports court!

Our students love living at Foundry Courtyard, and we are sure you will too. 98% of students were satisfied with our overall management in the NSHS 2020.

Foundry Courtyard apartment has an excellent location and can walk from the apartment to Clyde University and Clyde University. In addition, an 11-minute walk from the apartment, a subway station Buchanan Street, can take the subway to Gilmorehill Centre campus of the University of Glasgow. The Foundry Courtyard apartment is close to the center of the city and walks 17 minutes from the apartment to Princes Square Shopping Centre in the center of the city. In addition, there are many shopping malls, restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas and so on in the center of the city, to meet the needs of students.

In addition to basic living facilities, apartments also have 24 hours access control systems and monitoring systems to ensure safety in and out. The apartment has its own equipment, maintenance team. After occupancy, any facility problems can be directly reported to the front desk. The apartment maintenance team will solve the problem as soon as possible.
