My partner and I have absolutely loved living here and will leave with genuinely heavy hearts (the previous owners lived here for 20+ years), but we are choosing to move areas to be closer to family. We are very pleased with how well the kitchen design has worked, with the breakfast bar facilitating 'social cooking' (a good way to discuss the trials and tribulations of the day whilst cooking and drinking wine!). The garden has certainly helped us survive/thrive through lockdown, I love how it almost feels like a secret tardis out the back of a seemingly small terraced cottage. Post lockdown the large conservatory has been a great place to host dinner parties. Both neighbours are absolutely lovely owner occupiers in their thirties who have lived here for several years and there is a nice community feel to the terrace.

Church Road is a quiet road situated on the edge of Stoke Gifford just off Brierly Furlong and is hugely popular due to its green areas, fantastic transport links and good schools. With an increasing number of professionals looking to commute from Bristol, Stoke Gifford is perfectly positioned to Bristol Parkway that has direct routes to London. Alongside easy access outside of Bristol, there is a diversity of employers nearby, including the MoD, Aviva, Airbus as well as The University of West England. The proximity of the M32, M4 and M5 is beneficial for residents of the area allowing ease of access into Bristol City Centre, along with other cities such as Cardiff and London. With improvements to the rail networks and the ever-developing Metrobus system, the area is sure to grow in popularity. Local schools, such as St Michaels, Little Stoke, and Baileys Court are all rated good by ofsted and something that attracts further families to the area.

Placed in a row of early 1900s railway cottages is this stunning bright three bedroom terraced home with an incredible secluded garden. The living room offers a classic aesthetic, with wooden floorboards, a Victorian fireplace with an oak mantle surround, as well as bespoke shelving to either side of the chimney breast. The vendors have put a lot of thought into the design of their kitchen that was installed last year alongside a new boiler, with the modern lifestyle as well as practicality in mind. There are solid oak countertops, off-white metro tiles that line the walls, as well as a substantial breakfast bar that is perfect for socialising whilst food is being prepared. The double height bathroom is complete with a separate shower and roll top bath, with a large skylight. Off the kitchen is a large conservatory, which is the ideal entertaining space which can spaciously accommodate a large dining table and chairs, which is beautifully light and opens up onto the garden, as well as linking to the utility room. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, both of which have restored wooden floorboards, period fireplaces and exposed pine doors. The single bedroom is currently being used as a home office that overlooks the luscious garden. The garden has a lovely secluded feel and has a fantastic aspect ratio being the widest of these terraced Victorian railway cottages, spreading out over a large distance and offering room for socialising, planting and relaxing in the summer sun. To the front of the house there is a lawn, off street parking, as well as two parking permits that come with the house.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
