The Holiday Cottages - There are four holiday cottages in a separate building away from the main farmhouse. All are well presented and have outstanding views. There is a car park, communal BBQ area and childrens outdoor play area and field.

Lambs Gate Cottage (sleeps 4)

Anglers Rest and Oaktree Cottage have an interlinking door so the two properties can be let either as one or in varying configurations.

The Land - The property sits in just over 14 acres. The majority of the land is divided into grazing paddocks and a play field for the holiday guests.

Angling Centre - The lakes are currently fished on day
ight and 48 hr tickets. The shop/caf provides rod hire and equipment sales and the caf kitchen has been recently fitted. There are 7 lakes in total including the feeder lakes with a walkway alongside. The largest lake Mirror Lake is next to the timber angling centre building with car park and toilets.

Continue for about 2 miles. Continue along this road passing through three roundabouts. On the outskirts of Paignton turn right at the major traffic lights onto the Totnes Road.
