Property description & features

"I moved into the flat 6 years ago as a new build and my first property. The main draw for the area was the access to Stoke park and snuff mills, as well as easy access to the city centre and motorways. Over time the benefits of Boston Tea Party alongside a bar and Chinese restaurant have all helped, with a gym now open and a pizza shop coming soon. As my first property I couldnt ask for anything better, the location is great and the flat has fantastic views into Gloucester and Wales. It was home to my first dog and was the first home for my daughter when she came home from hospital. A lot of good memories in the flat and I hope someone can enjoy it is as much as I have over the years."

Cheswick Village is a well-regarded area in North Bristol which has been recently developed to satisfy the huge demand for property in the area. The Square is situated at the heart of Cheswick Village, an ideal position for popping to the local shops or visiting the cafs. The area continues to grow in size and popularity, with the nearby Wallscourt Farm Academy rated as Good by Ofsted, further enhancing the appeal of the area to families. The area is situated close to several areas of employment, with many residents working at the nearby M.o.D or Aviva, or making the short journey to other major employers in North Bristol, such as Rolls Royce and Airbus. For those who work or socialise in the City Centre, the proximity of two train stations is very useful whilst buses also provide access by public transport. The area is situated very close to the M32 so for those travelling to Bristol, London or South Wales by car, the flat is very well placed. For residents looking to retreat from city life, the area has a good range of green spaces, from the expansive Stoke Park to the winding paths along Snuff Mills and the Oldbury Court Estate ideal for dog walkers, runners and mountain bikers.

This well appointed two bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a sleek modern development close to a number of local amenities. Comprised of two double bedrooms, a tiled family bathroom, plenty of storage, and a large open plan kitchen living room, this property is ideal for those looking to get onto the ladder or add to their property portfolio. This apartment further benefits from an attractive south east facing balcony and having a long lease.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on April 1, 2015 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
