The Woodland
The woodland extends to a total of approximately 37 hectares.

Spruce, 3.5ha native broadleaves and 11ha bare land.

The woodland has been actively managed in recent years by Bell Ingram with a beat up completed in March 2021. Both sites are well deer fenced with pests controlled by current landowner.
