DEVAUDEN
Is a very popular small rural village, elevated at the southern end of Trellech Ridge, some 7 miles from Chepstow and The Severn Bridge. The village is centred on an old Village Green, where a statue commemorates that here, in October 1739, John Wesley preached his first sermon in Wales.
