"We have enjoyed living here for nearly a decade. We chose the property originally because it felt much more like a house than the other flats we looked at in the area, as it has two floors with the bedrooms located upstairs.
Visitors have always commented on how spacious and light the flat feels and that it has a nice vibe' about it. We loved entertaining friends and family in the spacious dining room but have also used it for people staying over, or as a third bedroom. It's surprising how many family members we have been able to accommodate overnight for family occasions! We've often considered an easy extension (to make another bedroom) or to make a simple roof terrace like our neighbours, but we never got around to doing it! Our mature, private garden feels secluded and quiet and is a great sun trap. We spend a lot of time in lovely Mayow Park with our little one which is a 5-minute walk and we really like the community feel in Sydenham."
