SELLERS COMMENTS Glossop Road has been my home for the past seven years. The property layout allows for great flexibility, I rented the second bedroom out in the first few years but after my partner moved in we decided to transform that space into a second living area. We have been spoilt with space in this flat and love the unique features throughout, especially the exposed brick in the kitchen and living room; having your own front door and entrance hall also makes it feel more like your own house rather than a flat. As we both work in London the close proximity to two different direct London train lines is fantastic. During the lockdown, and the past year, we have also taken the opportunity to explore local woods and parks such as Croham Woods which is only a 10 minutes walk away. We're now looking for a larger property to raise a family in but will be sad to leave such a wonderful flat and location.
