The garden has a spectacular abundance of mature trees and shrubs, some of which are particularly rare and include a Norfolk Pine, with seeds taken from Norfolk Island, and a monkey puzzle tree. Of particular note, a stream flows through the property. Significantly, there is a pedestrian gate at the bottom of the garden that allows access onto North Corner which in turn gives easy access down to the beach and foreshore. In addition to a spacious lawn in front of the terrace, there is a secondary lawn to the side of the house which gives lovely shade.
Off the driveway and turning circle is a detached garage block consisting of a double garage with a workshop) on the ground floor and external stairs leading up to a spacious loft above.
