We’ve wanted to be in East London for a while, so we’re getting ready to open our doors to Nido Walthamstow, Alliot House in September 2020. We think we’ll fit right in to this diverse and community minded area with our vision for sustainable and community living. Alliot House will offer brand new studios and ensuite rooms in shared apartments with all bills included, social and study spaces, 200Mbps WiFi, and events throughout the year.

We want you to enjoy everything about Walthamstow, so make use of our stylish common room with a TV lounge, pool table, foosball table and plenty of comfy seating, private study spaces, laundry facilities and on-site bike storage. And finally, probably most importantly, you will have access to our 200Mbps wifi which is available throughout the residence, don’t worry about bringing a lot of tech gear – you can connect up to 6 devices at a time.

Select from a studio or ensuite-apartment at Nido Alliot House. Our studios are ideal for having your own space. Each studio comes with your own private ensuite bathroom, double bed, wardrobe storage, desk, chair plus breakfast bar and kitchenette.

Our Ensuite Apartments allow you to enjoy your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still getting the buzzing atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 5-9 other people.
