We have loved living on the Belvedere Park Development. We moved here in 2018 having found it very difficult finding a spacious modern flat close to a station - it takes only 30 minutes to get to central London from here, which will massively improve with Crossrail imminent. Furthermore, the Dartford River Crossing / M25 is a short easy drive from here - giving us quick access to Kent, the south east, and beyond; the o2 and Blackwall Tunnel are also an easy drive from here.<br /><br />Everything has been really convenient for us here as we have a gym (Snap Fitness), family pub (Marston’s The Morgan), supermarket (Lidl), coffee shop (Starbucks) and DIY shop (Screwfix) in the development, not to mention Asda and B&Q also close by. <br /><br />We have spent many sunny afternoons strolling and cycling along the Thames path, or relaxing in the nearby nature reserve.
