The M1 motorway is about a 10-minute drive, while the A5 takes about five minutes to get to by car. There is a good selection of health clubs, gyms, shops and other amenities in the locality and there are family attractions on the doorstep, including Woburn Safari Park. There are also nice villages, such as Woburn Sands, to visit close by, as well as pubs and restaurants for eating out. The community itself is very friendly, with many people having lived here almost as long as we have. This house and its location would be ideal for a family for many different reasons.
