WHAT IS NEARBY? Luton, once the home to a substantial millinery industry, is now a bustling metropolis featuring a large shopping centre and indoor market. Dudley Street is very well placed for the commuters; the train service is available either from Luton mainline station located a short walk away from the development in the town or slightly further afield at Luton Parkway station. Both stations provide prompt access to London St. Pancras with some fast trains reaching their destination in under 30 minutes. The site is also well positioned for the University of Bedfordshire which brings students in from around the country and europe. A new Arts centre is soon to be unveiled which is in close proximity to the development together with a new £46 million University library with anticipated opening in Summer 2015.
