The rooms are well proportioned and comfortable, and the decor is neutral with grey carpet and white walls throughout. For six sharers there are two bathrooms; one with a roomy shower and the other with a shower over the bath, and the living room is a great size for socialising. It is open plan to the kitchen so there is space to dine as well, and there is ample storage plus all the necessary appliances.
Hollingdean is a quiet residential area, yet the city is easily accessible, so it does not feel on the ‘outskirts’ and there is plenty to entertain you nearby with several friendly gastro pubs and cafes within walking distance.
