Holly Cottage is believed to have stood beneath its pitch tile roof since the 18th Century and retains plenty of charming character features, including original oak latched doors and window seats.
The two-bedroom home is situated in the small and scenic village of East Allington in the South Hams area of Devon, around 10 miles from Totnes and the same distance from Dartmoor National Park.
