This year OnTheMarket has partnered with The Best Estate Agent Guide to help make it easier to find the best rated agents in your area. The guide features the top 20% of all UK estate agents who’ve been independently assessed on property marketing, service, and results.
How are agents rated?
The team that produces the Best Estate Agent Guide spends six months each year rigorously assessing every agent in the UK based on a number of criteria including how many properties they sell or let, how quickly they sell or let them, the percentage of price achieved and percentage of fall-throughs and withdrawals.
The best performing agencies were then given a test of their customer service via a web enquiry, with professional mystery shoppers posing as buyers and renters. Given the increasing importance that home movers place on accessing services online, agent’s websites are also scored against over 50 criteria which measure customer service and property marketing.
