These include access to enhanced local market data and the ability to send WhatsApp enquiries to agents about listings you’re interested in with just one simple click so you can get the conversation started quickly and easily.
My Lists
Ever find it hard to keep track of all your favourite listings when browsing for your next home? Well, with My Lists, you can now organise and save the properties you’re most interested in to multiple lists. The possibilities are endless, whether you want to curate a list of ultimate dream homes, or separate options for your next flat into lists of ones that are ready to move into and ones that need some work, it’s now possible with My Lists.
If you’re moving with other people, whether they be family or friends, or you just value the opinions of those closest to you, with My Lists you can also invite others to view and interact with your lists of saved searches. To make your search process more collaborative, users you invite to have access to your lists can add extra properties they think you might like, plus you can leave private comments and share your thoughts with each other to make it easier for you to narrow down the homes you like best.
Property watch
As well as being able to organise your top properties into lists, with our property watch feature you can choose to get updates and alerts when your saved properties are reduced in price, go under offer or become re-available so you can keep on top of the latest market movements.
Very Important Places (VIPs)
Looking to move but don’t want to let go of that extra 10 minutes in bed before you need to get going on your commute? Don’t worry, there’s no need to lose sleep because with Very Important Places (VIPs), we’ll help you find your dream home in a dream location that’s right for you.
To make it easier to find properties in the best place for you, you can save the addresses of your VIPs, such as your workplace, children’s school, relative’s home, hospital, or gym for example. The distances to your saved VIPs will then appear beneath the property details of the listings you look at to add an extra layer of personalisation to your search.
Profile badges
As you complete different parts of your MyPlace profile and interact with different parts of our site, you can unlock badges which will appear on your dashboard. From the Collaboration and VIP badges to the Get Sale Ready, Get Buyer Ready, and Get Rent Ready badges to name a few, complete simple steps to get yourself ready to move and unlock these badges along the way.
