It appears that activity in the property market this year has picked up, especially due to the demand from first time buyers. We first noticed this rise in activity around the election and consequently, the stability in the property market is ensuring that 2015 has become a very busy year – John Francis reported a record breaking July for exchanges.
Despite speculation around interest rate rises by the end of the year, prices remain stable. There is much more confidence in activity in the property market than there was five years ago and we are expecting sales of all properties in 2015 to exceed 2014 levels.
