    Owned by Paul, Judy and Greg, who have worked together over many years and who are all actively involved in the day to day running of the business.

    Paul established the business in 1989, known then as Charters. Formally becoming business partners in 2010 with Judy and Greg in order to purchase Home Leasing and shortly afterwards in 2011 acquire Carrington Estates. The portfolio was re-branded as Home Leasing Brighton Ltd.

    Whilst the team has grown to 12 staff we still consider ourselves a small business and provide our Landlords with the personalised service we always have.

    Our friendly and experienced team manage a varied range of properties throughout Brighton and Hove and still have Landlords who have been with us from the beginning.
