Weldon Beesly is an independent firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents offering property management, professional and agency services. We operate from Bishops Stortford & St Albans across Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire and advise a range of farmers, landowners, private individuals and property professionals.
The Company was formed in October 2011 to offer a range of residential and rural based property services. With our network of consultants and other partners we can offer specialist services to property owners and occupiers across the residential and agricultural sectors. We aim to add value to property or to add value to the process of advice, be it considering business structure on large estates or considering access issues across land.
