Michael worked as a letting agent in Putney between 2005 and 2010. During that time, he valued and let properties from Putney to Canary Wharf. Most of them were new or modern flats located along the river Thames. He mainly worked with properties in Putney Wharf, Riverside Quarter, Battersea Reach, Imperial Wharf and St George Wharf development to name a few. In 2010, he set up Ville City from his home in Peckham where had been living for 5 years which gave him a good knowledge of the local area. He has been a tenant as well as a landlord which enabled him to experience and understand both sides. Now in 2020, he prides himself for not losing a client along the years and for securing for most of his clients in SE15 tenants who have stayed in the same properties for over 5 years giving them long term financial stability with no void period. Some of his clients have had the same tenants for 10 years!
