In 2003, a niche was identified in the local market as the housing market continued to grow in the local area. Hence, Silks Estates was established in 2003 to help serve the needs of the local community. 

Due to changes in the economical climate, in 2011 a decision was made to focus the business on solely lettings and property management. Hence, Silks became one of the first in the local market to provide specialist lettings and property management services to the local community. The company has continued to grow with an increasingly large database of both landlords and existing and potential tenants. 

Our goal is to become the number one lettings and property management agency in West Yorkshire with an aim to help landlords create wealth and help tenants find a home.
