Safe and Secure Property Management are a newly formed company based and operating throughout the North East of England. We strive to present the best possible properties to our tenants whilst also placing huge focus on fulfilling the expectations of our landlords.
As property managers we believe it is our responsibility to carefully select the correct tenants for each property, in doing so we aim to protect our client’s investment whilst securing the financial wellbeing of the tenant.
We are, however, realistic and appreciate that despite our best efforts there are always occasions when people find themselves in unexpected financial difficulties. Our promise to both landlords and tenants is that we will not sit back and allow this debt to spiral out of control. Our policy is to take a proactive approach and maintain our duty of care to both parties.
The company has been developed by two young professionals who already run a successful security company. We believe we have combined our collective skills and experience from diverse backgrounds to provide a comprehensive management service to both landlords and tenants.
