We have personally met each tenant and have visited every one of our properties so can usually answer any queries or deal with requests immediately, no need to transfer you to another department, all departments are right here!
We offer a fair and competitive rate both to landlords and tenants. We don’t charge you or your tenant to renew the contract after the initial term, we don't charge any commission on repairs and maintenance, and we don’t charge applicants excessive amounts in administration fees, making us one of the most competitive letting agents in the region.
