The Property Management Company (PMC) provides an integrated property management and lettings service to thousands of residential properties throughout Scotland. PMC is a privately owned and managed business, established in Aberdeen in 1995.

In recent years, The Property Management Company has concentrated on the development of our ‘core’ client base. Our success here, coupled with encouragement from several major developers, and approaches from established residents’ associations, are major factors in our continued expansion.

Each of our clients has direct telephone and email dedicated PMC Manager as their point of contact in order to address and process customer enquiries over the entire range of property issues.
