Owner/Manager Margaret Annable heads up our team of enthusiastic ladies who are keen to enhance our excellent local reputation for selling properties in an area fanning out from our prominent offices on Charminster Road. We are perhaps most well known for selling properties in Queens Park and Charminster, but also sell properties in Winton, Moordown and Throop too. The high level of repeat business and recommendations we receive are a good indication of how we conduct our business.

Whilst a single office estate agency, we have invested in technology to assist in maintaining our high standards. Using our stylish iMacs, we make full use of cloud-based systems, and have invested in high quality cameras too. Our properties are listed on leading portals such as OnTheMarket and we make good use of social media too. Add to this an extensive local knowledge, and Margaret’s little black book of local tradesmen and other contacts, we can offer a tailored service to both buyers and sellers alike.

Our local area

Bournemouth has a wide range of facilities and amenities to offer, including seven miles of beaches, a vast variety of shops and restaurants, countryside offering peaceful walks, award winning gardens and various sports on offer (especially watersports).  It is a fantastic location to buy property - be that a first time buy, a family home or a peaceful retirement property.

The part of Bournemouth we particularly specialise in is Queens Park and Charminster, widening out into Throop, Winton and Moordown too. The council owned Queen's Park is at the heart of our area, and whilst the majority is set out as a golf course, it provides a large open space for walking and other sports as well,  The Woodpecker Cafe at the clubhouse is very popular and for families – the adjacent childrens play area has proved to be a great hit.

There are good schools for all ages in the area, including the two Bournemouth grammar schools. The cosmopolitan Charminster area is well known for its eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants and smaller, more individual shops and businesses.
