Neil Cliff first started trading as NMC Property, after a spell in local agency, performing a Sales Consultancy Role to Commercial Property Developers and Pension Funds, active in the Bournemouth and Poole area. As the economy changed through the 1980’s, sales and letting contracts to market Offices and Factories were successfully undertaken and completed with the on going Management of the fully occupied Projects.
In 1994, Neil combined with a local Estate Agent in Ferndown to form David Ousey Residential Lettings, which in 2004 became a fully owned part of NMC Property, first based in Ferndown, Dorset, though transferring to Bournemouth Town Centre in 2006, reflecting growth in demand for an expanding range of services.
In 2017, the practice of Professional Property Management Limited was added to the Group, concentrating the range of letting properties and blocks within the Bournemouth and Poole areas.
This broader spectrum across the local and wider Dorset area has helped focus the business enormously.
