Our business has been founded on the core principals of honesty, integrity, and supporting the community in which we live and work. We invest in staff training, we believe strongly in supporting local school leavers with the Apprentice Program and we support local charities and charitable events throughout the region.
Commercially we offer a range of letting options, which include long-term contracts with guaranteed rents, rents with NIL voids, traditional lets and Long-term guaranteed lets for HMO properties.
