This stunning and statuesque building which sits perfectly in the middle of the Town, has been designed to create a stylish and comfortable environment for staff and clients.
In a move to create and embrace an ambiance of work and home style combined, we wanted our office to be welcoming and relaxed for customers and professional yet enjoyable for staff. When a customer recently commented that “I could live here”, we knew we had achieved our aim. The staff at our Wivenhoe Branch are all local and know the area through and through, they have children at local schools and friends and family living in the Town and the neighbouring villages. Their experience in property over the years means that we have a wealth of industry knowledge, teamed with a genuine care and warmth for the local community that they live and work in.
Our aim is to passionately dedicate our time and experience into making the process of buying and selling not only a seamless process but an enjoyable journey. We want our office to become a part of the Town, a place where you can just pop in for a coffee and have a chat and not feel the pressure of a sales person.
