The company Matthew Pierce was established in 1999 with the opening of the Claygate office,which is prominently situated on the High Street in the Old Village of Claygate.
Matthew has worked in Claygate for over 43 years, he has an unrivalled wealth of knowledge about the local property market and maintains an extensive list of clients past and present.
He holds a Certificate in Estate Agency having studied at the Polytechnic of Central London in 1989.
He is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He is a Guild Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals approved by Trading Standards. Matthew has lived in Claygate village for many years and is a well-known member of the local community.
In his spare time he likes to pursue his passion for playing his drums with gigging bands and is waiting for his ‘big break’ into the music business!
Hobbies: When time allows, cycling, open air swimming, going to see live bands and spending time with his daughter Rose invariably being beaten playing tennis!
