Sales

From initial valuation right through to completion Marshalls will be there for you, acting in your best interests and giving as much or as little advice and support as you need.  You will have one main contact who will be on hand to answer your questions and give you feedback as your transaction progresses.

We produce brochures, floorplans and photographs in a way that will show your property in its very best light and give you advice on presentation to achieve the maximum possible price.

Lettings

When letting your property, you enter into a relationship with your agent that usually lasts many years, whatever the level of service your require.  That is why it is so important to choose the right one.

We have an excellent network of contacts in blue-chip companies, relocation agents, international schools and individual professionals all looking for good quality properties to let.

Once tenants are founds we are there to ensure that things progress smoothly.  From professional credit references, contracts and check in through to our full management service, we will be there working on your behalf.

Estate Management

No matter how well you get on with your neighbours it can be difficult and time-consuming looking after your leasehold development.  As well as the ever-increasing legislation that goes with being a Company Director, there is all the day-to-day management, collection of service charges and dealing with property transfers and disputes.  As a local agent we can be there to take the pressure off you and enable you to enjoy living in your home.

History

Marshalls was established in 1995 by husband and wife team Gary and Tracey Marshall.  From humble beginnings in a back bedroom, initially offering a property lettings service, the company has steadily grown year by year.  The first office was opened in Alexandra Road, Windsor in 1996.  We moved to Kings Road, Windsor in 2000. Our latest move in 2013 to our fabulous new offices in St Leonards Road, Windsor is the latest and most exciting chapter in our success story.

Living in Windsor

Marshalls Property Services is situated in the heart of historic Windsor that nestles in rolling countryside, with almost 5,000 acres owned by the Crown Estate and a further 1,000 acres of National Trust land where you will find some of the most expensive and desirable housing in UK. The suburban town in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire is best known as the site of Windsor Castle, in fact the castle is just a 5 minute walk from our offices situated on St Leonards Road. Windsor is linked to the town of Eton by Windsor Bridge, it originally was a fully trafficked road bridge but is now for pedestrians and cyclists only providing an excellent walking route from Windsor to Eton's High Street.
