Our History
We have been involved in property investment, letting and management since 2002 and have steadily grown by ‘word of mouth’, relying solely on our excellent reputation, built on our fair and transparent approach to both Landlords and Tenants.
 
Experience & Fairness
As landlords ourselves, we absolutely understand the responsibility of managing valuable assets; however, we never discriminate against tenants in receipt of benefits. Everyone is assessed fairly and is subject to our thorough vetting procedure.

Official Recognition
As a company we are accredited with The Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS) as well as individually being a member of The National Landlord Association (NLA) and more importantly The United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents (UKALA), who provide our client money protection scheme and The Ombudsman Services redress scheme.

Security
All deposits secured by ourselves are registered with a Government authorised custodial scheme The Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
We are fully compliant with the "Immigration Act 2014 (PROOF OF RIGHT TO RENT IN THE UK)"
