Just a little insight into our story and vision -
As the new era of online estate agents quickly gain a larger market share over the existing traditional high street agencies, I felt that I had to approach the industry a little differently. I had to position myself somewhere in the middle to create somewhat of a “Hybrid” agency. The business uses the fantastic value of the online agencies and incorporates the traditional methods of the high street agents.  
Having spent four years selling and leasing property in the Dubai Real Estate market, specialising in some of the Emirates most sought after golf course communities – Jumeirah Golf Estates, Victory Heights and the Arabian Ranches, I left behind the glitz and glamour in the desert and made my way back to the UK.
Having worked as a broker for one of Dubai’s leading Real Estate firms and having had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most successful brokers in the city, it gave me a great insight into how these “power brokers” work and ultimately opened the doors to a completely different mindset and approach. My focus, drive, morals and understanding goes much further than simply putting a home on the market and negotiating a sale. It wasn’t too long before I realised that you cannot simply put a house on the market and sell it – the process is so much more than just that. In-order to successfully market, negotiate and sell, you must first build up a great relationship with the client where by both of you have a solid understanding of what it is that is achievable and how it can be achieved. Trust and transparency are the main fundamental elements of any working business relationship and understanding the client’s motivations and reasoning are paramount to ensuring that the relationship works and the best results are achieved.  
During my time in Dubai, the opportunities were endless, I was able to build great business relationships with some of the wealthiest developers and property investors in the city. One thing that stood out to me was the fact that no matter how wealthy these people are, they always very transparent with their thought process and their integrity was never challenged. One very important factor was that they wanted to protect themselves and their investment. In order to help with this, saving money was of course one of their top priorities! If they could save £1000 when making an investment of £3,000,000, they would! If they could save £1000 on a £30m investment, they would!
Why wouldn’t you?  
Unfortunately, here in the UK, businesses who offer amazing value to their clients are often frowned upon and perceived as being some sort of “cheap alternative” that is “too good to be true” or “there has to be something wrong with these guys” etc etc. This is certainly not always the case and is definitely not the case with us.
My thought process was very simple. Why not create an Estate Agency which will offer all the great services of a traditional high street agency, only at a fraction of the cost?  Your chosen agent should be competent, have a great understanding of the market, a detailed understanding of the clients “WHY” and their “motivation” and then of course the necessary tools to market your property to its maximum potential. With all of these important factors combined, there is no reason why your property should not sell or rent. 
With the success and the pricing structures of the new online agencies and the credibility and professionalism of the traditional high street agencies, we have adopted the best of both worlds.
