Located close to the coast, Great Yarmouth is only a short drive away for those that like to relax on the beach. Another attraction is the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

For commuters, London is easily accessible via The A11 and M11 in just over 2 hours drive, or if travelling by rail, it is under 2 hours. There’s a flourishing art and cultural community in Norwich, with the Norfolk and Norwich Festival an annual event that celebrates the arts in the city and surrounding area. The city also has various theatres, live music venues, galleries and museums.
