Here at haart, we are on a mission to get you moved.  We have unique technology that gets your home hundreds more clicks, agents who listen and will negotiate hard on your behalf and you don’t pay us a penny until we succeed.

Big Benefits.  Being the UK’s largest independent estate agent, our size allows us to invest in the people and technology to get you moved, smart and fast and for more than you might think.

No Sale, No Fee.  We don’t think you should pay a penny to someone to sell or let your home, unless they actually do.  So we don’t charge you until we have.

As an agent we are members of the Property Ombudsman and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) we adhere to a code of practice to ensure complete honesty and transparency in all our dealings with you.

Local knowledge

Living in Harborne

Harborne is a Victorian suburb of Birmingham, just 3 miles Southwest of Birmingham City centre, which means it is excellent for gaining quick and easy access to the busy hub. The suburb is well connected too, your nearest train station is at University, with trains every 10 minutes into the city or hourly to Worcester. The M5 is 15 minutes away and Birmingham airport is just 30 minutes.

The population is more than 23,000 and is well served with both primary and secondary schools. Harborne used to be a village and you can see the heart of the settlement around St Peter's church, which dates from Anglo-Saxon times. Around the high street are Victorian and Edwardian terraces and townhouses, and there are post-war homes and even a little garden suburb called the Moor Pool Estate.
