In the heart of Bristol’s Castlemead, Green Acorn Property arose from a shared vision between two friends and colleagues, Charles Ikediashi and David Cleary. Both seasoned professionals with backgrounds in property and banking finance, they lived together in Bristol where they experienced firsthand the challenges and unnecessary delays in obtaining rental apartments and tenancy agreements. Their mutual frustrations catalysed the birth of Green Acorn Property in 2012.
