Founded by William Eddison and Bill Dale in 1991, this successful partnership then merged with Jonathan Barraclough and his highly respected Guiseley practice in 1994. Our third office, run by Gary Shankland opened in 2007. Dale Eddison Ltd continued to expand in 2012 with our fourth office opening in the popular Airedale village of Silsden and a dedicated letting office opening in Ilkley.
