We have over 17 years' experience within the lettings and property management industry.
We have been landlords ourselves now since 2008, and in 2012 we decided to specialise in room rentals within HMO's - House in Multiple Occupation.
As we realised this was one of the most affordable ways for people to live, and as a landlord we realised this would increase our rental income.
Through our own experiences over the years, we have first hand knowledge and understanding of both tenant and landlord’s requirement
