Charles Lamb Residential Lettings Ltd is a family business that opened its doors on March 13th, 1995. Run by husband and wife team Charles & Lois Lamb, their daughter Hannah joined the team in 2001.

Since day one, our mission statement has always been "Providing a Quality Service for Landlords & Tenants" which we still stand by today.
As members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) our team is kept fully up to date on important changes in legislation so that our clients can be advised to the best of our ability. We have two qualified members in our team, Charles and Hannah, meaning we can also provide our clients with money protection insurance.

We make it our business to stay ahead of the game by ensuring that all staff are regularly sent on training courses and kept informed of any changes in legislation that effect the day to day business of the letting and management industry.
We are very lucky to have a large portfolio of tried and tested contractors to cover anything from leaking taps to full property renovation. Without them, our job would be impossible. Due to this, we are also able to offer additional services such as project management on any large scale refurbishment.
