Established in 2003 and based right in the centre of Dunblane, we are passionate about what we do. Our aim is to provide a friendly, reliable service to the local community: whether you are a landlord or a tenant needing advice, or if you are thinking of selling and want to know how much your property might be worth, pop in or telephone for a chat. It is really important to us to offer great service without any obligation and we hope that you will find us ethical, discreet and fair in all of our dealings with you.
In addition to all of that, we offer honest advice about buying, selling and renting, and we don’t charge a fortune in fees. We also only use trusted local partners and contractors because it is really important to us to offer you excellent value and service.
Most of us will have had the experience of at least one or two house moves in our lifetimes so far, and whilst many consider it to be one of the most stressful things you can ever do, we are here at Cathedral City Estates to help in whatever way we can to keep it as calm and as easy as possible.
We hope you find our website helpful. Let us know if there’s something you need that isn’t here or pop in and see us. The Beech Road office is usually open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am (and very often earlier!) to around 6.00pm, but we try and close a bit earlier on Saturdays where possible. The office is closed on Sundays but we are still available for viewings and tenancy changeovers etc as and when needed, and of course we are always at the end of a phone 24-hours a day, seven days a week, to deal with any emergencies or queries.
