Birkmyre Property Consultants based in the heart of Wiltshire was founded in 2009 by Dominic Birkmyre, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. An association was formed with Antony Brassey Consultancy, giving coverage of the Cotswolds and in particular, the ability to offer a well-established search and acquistion service to clients.
In the summer of 2010, Birkmyre Propery Consultants opened their office in Marlborough. Our central shop front location ensures that clients properties receive maximum exposure.
Dominic has had 25 years experience in the property market including commercial investment, development and residential agency. For the past 12 years he has directed one of the UK's leading firms Country House Sales and Rentals department in the Wiltshire and Berkshire area. This has resulted in an unprecedented knowledge of the local area matched with a thorough understanding of the requirements of vendors and purchasers.
