AST Lettings Ltd specialise in residential rentals, lettings and property management in Loughborough and the surrounding towns and villages. We currently fully manage approx  80 properties for local & international landlords.

We are a privately owned, independent company with high standards in customer services and pride ourselves on offering a friendly and personal service to all our landlords & tenants.

Many of the other previously independent Charnwood based letting agencies have sold out to national corporate chains and this has generally meant landlords face a sharp increase in the management  fees they pay each month – in some cases the corporate chains are now charging 18% of the monthly rent together with a myriad of other fees & add ons all of which make a serious dent in the amount of profit a landlord makes each month.

As a small, lettings focused, owner run private independent business we are able to provide individually-tailored services. Sid Lloyd has over 50 years of property management experience and Stephen Nottridge has over 32 years of legal experience, which makes AST Lettings Ltd unique in the local Charnwood area.
