Arena Lettings was established in 1990 just in time to take advantage of new regulations governing the rental market, making it easier for landlords to rent out their property and just as importantly to regain possession when they so wish. From small beginnings with just two of us, a desk and a phone, we have continued to grow thanks to the dedication and commitment of our team, and are now one of the County’s largest independent residential letting agencies.
Many of our landlords come to us by recommendation from existing satisfied customers. Some are letting out their own home, some have a portfolio of properties, some are just starting out as Buy-to-Let landlords. Whatever the case, we are committed to providing all our customers with an efficient and knowledgeable service and pride ourselves in the quality of service we believe we provide for both our landlords and tenants.
We hope that the level of service we offer is second to none, but we are not complacent, we listen to customer feed back and are not afraid to change to suit the changing needs of our customers.
