accommod8’s origins can be traced back to 1995, following the purchase of the first property on Adelaide Rd in Kensington Fields by accommod8's owner.
From these modest beginnings, accommod8 is now the largest provider of student houses and apartments in Liverpool, housing up to 1000 students per year.
Since 1995, we have grown organically, responding to the changing needs and expectations of Liverpool's students and striving to offer the best value and highest quality accommodation.
We offer all our accommodation with everything included for your convenience - utilities, broadband and TV licence. There is nothing else to pay as we don't charge any administration or application fees. We also provide £5000 free insurance cover for every tenant - click here for details.
In 2017 we launched The Card to give our tenants a unique added value service. The Card gives access to offers and discounts from a range local businesses including bars, coffee shops, restaurants and theatres - click here for details.
We have been constantly adapting to the increasing regulation of the student housing sector to ensure all our properties and our service adheres to all local and national requirements. You can be reassured that all our properties comply with all necessary safety standards.
As a managing agent, we work for landlords who share our aims and values to provide quality housing at a great price with the reassurance properties are fully compliant and professionally managed to the highest industry standards.
As we have grown from the first house in 1995, we are proud to have housed over 20,000 students and we hope to do the same for you and your friends. Have have look at some of our tenant testimonials here.
