Roberts Residential - Edinburgh

72 Oxgangs Road Edinburgh EH10 7AY
Roberts Residential Letting is a property management company and was founded by Craig Roberts, who was born and raised locally in Edinburgh South.  Since his early 20’s he have been involved in Edinburgh rental property in one way or another, gaining experience in the early years by managing properties for family and friends.  He developed an understanding and passion for lettings and property management through practical experience as a landlord of his own portfolio of Edinburgh properties.
Although He now has his own team of tradesmen to carry out maintenance and renovations, he’s still very “hands on” and often gets involved to ensure landlord or tenant deadlines are met.
Today, through word-of-mouth, the business has gone from strength-to-strength in a short space of time and continues to grow.  Our landlords and tenants appreciate the bespoke personal service we are able to provide, backed up in the knowledge that we can react to any situation that may arise.
We are members of ARLA Propertymark and The Property Ombudsman which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands. We undertake regular training to ensure we are up to date with best practice and complex legislative changes so we can offer you the best advice. We are also backed by a Client Money Protection scheme which guarantees your money is protected.
