Property description & features

"Our favourite thing about our home is the sun we get on our south facing garden. The location is really convenient to get to Cribbs Causeway, into town and onto the motorway. Cribbs Causeway has a huge range of shops, restaurants and entertainment. We often visit Charlton Common, Okebourne Open Space and Blaise Castle for dog walks."

Turnbridge Close is a quiet, tucked away road in a popular pocket of Brentry, with residents making up the only traffic on the road. The area is popular for its accessibility by car, bike or public transport. Brentry is just a short drive from Cribbs Causeway and Junction 17 of M5, yet is very much a part of the city of Bristol, with great links into the centre. The shops and amenities of Horfield and Westbury-on-Trym are nearby whilst Filton Golf Course and Blaise Castle give the area a very green surrounding. The proximity of Blaise Castle and other outdoor nearby attractions such as AirHop, Bristol Activity Centre and the Wild Place Project means there is plenty to do in the nearby area for local residents. This is an area very popular with families due, in part, to the success of nearby Brentry Primary School and Bristol Free School.

A well-presented modern home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Brentry, offering a sunny south-facing garden and two off street parking spaces. Entrance is into a hallway, with a boldly decorated W.C on your right, with the staircase to the left. Moving through the hallway, you are greeted by the cosy living room, with laminate flooring and neutral decoration. At the back of the ground floor is the contemporary open plan kitchen/dining area, with an eye-catching feature wall. The kitchen contrasts matching wall & base units, and access to the garden is provided via a single patio door. Due to the home being semi-detached, the property sits on a corner plot, resulting in a substantially sized garden with side access. The garden is mainly laid to lawn, but also benefits from a well-kept patio and large wooden shed. Moving to the first floor, you find two double bedrooms, and a large single, as well as a three piece bathroom suite which completes the accommodation.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on May 8, 2024

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on May 8, 2024

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
