Here at haart, we are on a mission to get you moved.  We have unique technology that gets your home hundreds more clicks, agents who listen and will negotiate hard on your behalf and you don’t pay us a penny until we succeed.

Big Benefits.  Being the UK’s largest independent estate agent, our size allows us to invest in the people and technology to get you moved, smart and fast and for more than you might think.

No Sale, No Fee.  We don’t think you should pay a penny to someone to sell or let your home, unless they actually do.  So we don’t charge you until we have.

As an agent we are members of the Property Ombudsman and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) we adhere to a code of practice to ensure complete honesty and transparency in all our dealings with you.

Living in Thornton Heath

Thornton Heath is located in Surrey, within the London Borough of Croydon. This is an ideal place to reside if you are a commuter working in the city, with only a 30-minute train journey from Thornton Heath Train Station to London Bridge and Victoria, and regular bus services. There are handy tram and tube services too. From East Croydon, it’s only 15 minutes to Gatwick Airport, and you can be by the sea in Brighton within 40 minutes.

The town has many Victorian properties and buildings, a leisure centre with swimming pool and nearby Mitcham Common offers an escape from the city with its peaceful nature conserve.

The area has some lovely parks and green spaces, including South Norwood Lake and Country Park, and Grangewood Park. For a range of events, head to the newly refurbished Stanley Halls in South Norwood for film screening, live events and a popular family-run café.
